I have a 02 WRX Bugeye, going through the NCT on Monday, should pass as just after getting it serviced and everything seems fine. It has 89000 miles on the clock.It has the sti spoiler and the quad light conversion.It has full service history, black in colour, Trying to sell it in the next month .... how much do you reckon it is worth in this climate

Will be putting it up for sale in next week or that, with pic's etc

What it's worth and what it will sell for are two very different things at the moment.

I'd say you'd have to price it around 12 to shift it.
 
And even at that...!!!
Nothing seems to be selling really. Some serious bargains out there though. Massive buyers market.
 
I've a limited Prodrive style STi bug for sale in black and have had it priced at €15500 for the last few weeks. SHe is mint and price €4000 off what it was worth only three months ago and she's getting very little interest. Any that there is are looking to trade their cars against it. Nothing moving I'm afraid but what you don't price to low as then you fall into the there must be something wrong with it area. I'd say €12000 with a drop to €11000-€10500 in this market is what you'd be looking at to move it in a month but even at that you'd be lucky.
 
I've a 01 Bugeye which I had thought about putting up for sale earlier on in the year - prob at a lot higher price that you'll get for your 02 now - it's crazy the way the market has gone.

Would rather keep mine now and put what I would have lost into mods for it next year (twisted subaru driver logic, I know :smile: )

Need to get it sold but will not sell it for nothing either if you know what I mean
 
be prepared to be selling it for a while.....
2 litre turbo petrol cars wont shift easy especially when the market is limited for subarus in general..
best chance will prob be to sell on here!!!

Passed the NCT today with the car,
So will be putting it up here for sale at the weekend,
nct now till April 2010
Hopefully might help sell it when the NCT is just done today
 
NTC does help when you get a potential buyer on the phone as does Tax. I'm was NCT'd just before I put it up for sale also but the buyers just don't seem to be there at the minute.

You ask for what you think your car is worth do as it will be there for a bit and don't drop your price as I did. It defo doesn't help. When a buyer comes no matter what the price he'll buy.
