Seen this a while back, had a quick look and i dont see its posted here.. if it is ah well :icon_grin:
 
I remember reading about this at the time. There was lot of commotion and IIRC, the bully's mother wanted the other lad kicked out of the school all while her bully of a son got away with it and the school were siding with her and that's what caused the commotion with different parents groups. Haven't heard how it ended up though.
