Essentially no. But there is a loophole there to do with insuring one car and driving others. With some companies the sec ond car must also be insured by someone while other companies are a bit vague about it all. Either way it is a way for you to drive other cars apart from the insured one VERY OCCASIONALLY but its always being abused-guys insuring starlets the have gone to the scrappy long ago and driving skylines on the policy. Should be done away with IMO.
