Was Sti tuning not breaking a wr1 a while back?

Go onto scooby net and in traders section there is a breaking section, in there u will see a guy Scott at scooby spares, they have newage stuff
 
I dont want to open new topic so quick question, whats the diffrent in susspension between 03sti and 03 wrx - blobs eye ??? its completly diffrent ?
 
ye man its completely different the sti shocks are red and are inverted whereas the wrx are black standard kyb which are a lot softer
