chrome lip on my wheels blistered

anyone know of a company that will be able to re do the chrome lip on my rota alloys? 2 are very bad and let the look of the car down badly in my eyes. Tried to polish one up this evenin but no success. Its like the top layer has blistered and the shine is gone and looks rough. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi chris i have the same rotas as you on mine and have the exact same problem it does look sh*t i got mine re-polished before from a guy in tipp and they were as new for a couple
of weeks then one by one it started again ,so im gona respray the whole wheel this time when funds allow.
