Classic Service Book

I know it will be fairly impossible to get but would love an unused (or not filled out) classic service book. Not neccesiarly the manual but service history sleeve.
I have a version 2 but would consider any.
Would also consider one that does have some history already in it as if there were some blank pages Id make up my own.

If anybody comes across anylinks on ebay or yahoo auctions etc. i would greatly appriciate it. So far only newage as below

I have a full mint condition v2 Sti type ra McRae edition set of original books in the leather subaru pouch only catch I'm in Australia and the books are somewhere in my mams attic in Ireland I'm home at Christmas if you still haven't sorted anything by then let me know

Never mentioned that Blitzer09 gave me the book before he headed back to Oz, fair play to him

Has anybody else come across a blank book? Putting mileage up on the car now and want to have service history would be nice to have a Subaru book.
