Hi guys. Finally got the Legacy going but have run into another problem. My ckutch has gone.

Does anybody have an idea where I'd get another one? Looking for a solid one.

Thanks!

I would have thought so. At this point I just want it back on the road. It's been in the garage for a year.

You need hydraulic push type clutch, different from most other subaru models, i dont know of any good source for oem replacement in Ireland or Europe. Mine came from Exedy in New Zealand or you can go go a competition clutch + flywheel one from UK, which would work out cheap than new oem clutch anew new flywheel. I think you can switch to a impreza setup but it would need to be push type too. Im sure Dave could cosrt you with one option

Thanks for your help. I've priced a HKS one in Japan for €1300. Money I don't have but what can you do.

Any idea where I'd source a competition clutch in the UK?

Clutch kit is a Competition Clutch 15026-2100
UK Main Distributor:
http://www.competitionclutch.co.uk/...lutch--carbon-kevlar-2006--2008_p22491570.htm

They have it advertised for £751 but if you phone them up and ‘haggle’ a little they will give you 15% off making it ‘only’ £638!

It comes with a solid single mass flywheel too although not mentioned in the link above.

Give them a call to find out. Drives like oem but stronger if you ever go down the more power route
