clutch kit

right looking to swap out my clutch and flywheel in the not to distant future.

am I right to say exedy is the best make to go with . also is it an organic stage 1 I should be looking for ?
is there a stockist here in ireland or do I have to look in UK

also reckon it's well over due a gearbox and diff oil change .
what make should I be looking for and what grade/weight am I needing .

Any traders on here want to quote for supplying me with the above ,
