After watching the traffic cops program tonight im a bit confused about how things are done

1st a women driving a starlet with 5 kids in the back no seat belts or boosters reverses from a road check only stopped cause a 40ft gets in way then hands over a provisional licence then begs for forgiveness so why on earth did she only get 2 points and an ?80 fine then is told to be on her way with her provisional licence and 5 kids in the back with no seat belts or boosters?she was let brake the law by been let drive away?Does the law not say you must have a full licence or somebody with you that has and children under a certain age have to use a booster and you can only have same amount of passengers as seats?

2nd 2 coaches with children and adults not wearing belts why did the driver with the children not get points?its in the law.
why were no adults fined in a car they would be but the worst was the state of the tyre on one coach the wire sticking out is a disgrace thats a blow out waiting to happen but sent on his way
im no angel and im pretty sure if that was me doing any of the above in my legacy id have the book throwing at me.sorry for going on but just dont get this country sometimes.

thats the judisal system in this country!!!!!
nobody fooking understands it,not even them fooks that put it in place!!!
them gaurds should be hauled in and give explanation on their decisions at the road side!!!!

Each week they are making themselves/the force look like a complete shambles!!

More people get off than get done, where they shouldn't have in any of the cases!!

with regards to people wearing seat belts on coaches once the driver clearly informs his passengers that seat belts are provided for there own safety, its up to each individual passenger to make up there mind weather they use them or not, coach driver won't get points for passengers not wearing belts,
driver can't go around 53 seats forcing people to wear them.

i understand that in the case of adults but children id be more worried about surely the kids would have had some type of supervisor whit them .My daughter is 8 and id hope she would be made wear her belt when on school tours etc

yes any good responsible teacher would make sure all children are belted up, and with kid's all professional coach drivers would have a run down to double check when here are young kids on board, but you do get the driver's who couldn't care less thats why it's alway a good idea to hire from a reputible company.
 
Didnt the guards make a point of saying its the drivers responsibility to make them wear the seat belt. I know that its would be virtually impossible for the driver to enforce it but i thought thats what he said :ponder2:
 
the producer of the film must have something against the cops,i think he must of looked for the bigest gobsh.ts in the force he could find :lol:
the key stone cops dont have a patch on them...stoping buses on a hard shoulder of a motorway...,letting a bus go with a tyre ready to blow out the side wall becouse the tread dept was ok :ponder2:,and the best one two cops on the hard shoulder trying to jack up the car to get a cone out when all they had to do was reverse the car and get the womon of the hard shoulder asap....jesus its no wonder so many of our cars get robbed when its theses gobs..ts that inforce the law...i know there are better lads in the force,they better get them on the programe fast... :multijump:
 
Some of the belts on the bus wernt working anyway which is down to the driver/company.... with that and the tyre that bus should have been put off the road there and then.... the cop let your man go after seeing both these things and then spoke to the camera about what happened in navan a while back... WTF :1poke:
 
Now I'm not defending all their actions but the bus only had 1 belt not working so if it wasn't full then just move the child to another seat and get that belt fixed asap. As for the tyre, it might have only happened when he picked up the kids at the school and the driver mightn't have been aware of it yet plus the coach has 2 left and right rear tyres, 1 blow out wont cause a crash. The crash in Navan was down to a Fault with the ABS system wasn't it :ponder2:

But I can't explain why they let the learner driver drive off with 5 kids in the back and only 3 belts that doesn't make any sense. If she had an accident down the road surely the Garda that let her drive away could be seen as responsible as she shouldn't have been let continue :angry1:

But yet they didn't fine that black woman with the 5 kids in the back for throwing her chewing gum out the window...twice :ponder2:
 
Everyone on the bus deserved to be done for being slow.

Here's how it played out. Bus driver sees the cops flashing to pull over. He takes a while to pull over and stop. Guard walks up from behind the bus. The guard tells bus driver he's going to board now to check seat belts.

Why, in those few minutes didn't everbody get belted up? Slow or what? :1poke:
