Convert to 4wd?

It'll cost more than the car is worth to be honest plus you'll lose more power through the transmission. Considering you can buy a 99 B4 now for €2500 and insurance is cheap on them I just wouldn't bother. Just my opinion.
 
I'm just thinking out loud for the snow! :) have a wrecker! Had a few close ones wit the scoob last time!
 
There are loads of wrx imprezas and turbo legacy's of that era going for €1-2k and sure all you want is a shitter anyway because the salt on the roads is just going to eat it alive during the winter months anyway.

A conversion would cost you nearly as much in labour as a new dumper car would.
 
The joys of being a mechanic :) would only be the cost of parts and stuff but it's just a plan B thing!

Snow tires and a second set of rims are sourced ;)
 
Just got rear ended last week in my 95 rs. Waiting to see can i buy back the car. Would have everything ya need. Even a twin turbo for a bit more er .......... Torque in the snow like! :wink:
