coolant prob

Hi all,can anyone see were this is going?Ok first the rad gos so i get a 2nd hand one thats grand 3 weeks later the top hose on the rad has a pin hole in it and its sparying all over the gaf,again i get a 2nd hand one ,few months later (now) the coolent tank is leaking is it the head gasket on the way out

maybe the three things are just unrelated wear and tear things, its just unfortunate they keep happening in the coolant system ....

My rad went also a year or more ago... this could happen anyway to most cars

Top rad hose went during the summer... was told this is common enough,

Could be just a coincidence that your tank is leaking now... you could fit another one and get the coolant system pressure tested.

Could be a blocked pipe or fooked thermostat. I had both problems before, it was causing pressure to build and burst pipes, my rad...

I agree m8t your head gasket if its away you will soon know about its just a wee run of bad luck hopefully sorted now

Thanks lads was starting to think that this is going to cost a lot of money that i dont have as i am out of work and dont want to sell,anyone got a coolant tank kickin about that i could buy
