Well lads my cousins house was broken nito too, laptop and stuff were taken and the keys of his pajero, But the garage is quoting him €6k too get it relocked, i think that is ridiculus, does anyone know a cheaper way???? Would taking the barrels out of a crashed one do the same job, or is it all too do with the imobiliser???? Its an 05 Swb 2 door comercial. Any help much appreciated.

Thats crazy money. My mates pajero was stolen recovered last month too, its a '97 but he's ordered new locks, keys, ignition & part of the loom too I think for about 1100e from Mitsubishi. I'll find out which dealer if you want?

Dunno if the newer one are like some bikes, the ignition key code is tied into the ECU so the only way to replace the lock set is to change the ECU as well, that's the only thing that'd explain that price. Lock set + ECU + Labour.

Go to a breakers and get all the bits from a wrote off yoke
