it looks like it has chassis leg damage in the pics which will make it an expensive repair shame to say the least

Chassis leg and a-pillar... Massive bill to put that right regardless of having ti source rare and expensive bumper and wing.

it would work out a dear car repaired and would always be a crashed 22b,can genuine parts even be got now regardless of price ?

Quarter panels and front wings are definitely not available anymore... But I think you can still order front bumpers from Japan but they've a 3k + price tag. As for other bits... I'm not sure.... Most are probably standard Sti parts bar the rear hubs which are different and are still available for 1600 sterling each.
