CV Joint kaboom!!!

A cv joint went wallop and seperated so the shaft still has the inner race with the clip on it, whats the handiest way to remove it without the sledge?

grinder and then hammer and chisel but dont grind down too far or youll fu*k the splines on the shaft

markobucko=butcherboy lol....ye grind it down and then hammer it off..if u get stuck get the new joint take the shaft out and owl bucko will do it 4 u as a nixer....

Sorted n all. couple or runs of the grinder put plenty heat in it so it went back over the shaft enough to get the clip
