Sunday Drivers
Booked car in for a detail yday, took day off work, dropped car out in the morning and no one there, rang andy, no answer so left keys with business beside him. Rang him all day and no reply. Had to go out later and bring back car. What a joke shop, still no reply from this lad. Anybody know anything about him? :angry1: :angry1: :angry1:
 
dont know much about them except from pics i've seen they do top quality work..

possibly a family emergency :dontknow:

Lads,

I've been sidelined for the last few days with some health issues. I'll know next week how long exactly I'll be out of action for. Obviously, I'm hoping it's not going to be too long, but I've no idea right now. Anyone who had a booking should have been notified by now.

Orders should have been sent out as they've been coming in, if there's a problem send me an e-mail and i'll check it out (I'll check yours in the morning Brian). You can continue to order away, they should be going through and sent out as normal.

Apologies for the lack of communication this week, we did a bit of print and radio advertising last weekend - worst timing ever. I will be replying to the voicemails and e-mails as much as I can over the weekend.

i have tried a few times to ring or call in to book car in for that city deal voucher i got, probably expired by now :angry1:

I got mine done last week with this voucher.

Sent an email and got a fairly prompt response. That offer has been extended to November so send him an email, he'll honour it.

how long did it take? Whats the best email address to get him on?
 
No reply to my email and no sign of anyone in the premises went up twice in the last 2 weeks. Got a refund from citydeal for this
 
Heard on Sunday that something is up alright and there's no orders going out and no way to contact him at the moment :dontknow:

Yes, heard he might be sick or that, which is understandable, i just wanted to get a refund in for that voucher before it expires on the 15th. Can only get a credit refund though so will have money to spend on other city deal offers.
 
That doesent seem right to me as it wasn't your side of things that required you getting a refund
Might be worth you checking the terms & conditions

Ah its not a big deal herself uses city deal all the time. Maybe get her a dirty weekend away cheaper now!
