Sorry if im in the wrong section for this. Not as bad as whats happened to some of you, but i feel its worth the mention. Basicly i got the missus a little 106 to learn to drive in, and use instead of the wagon somedays. I'll cut to the chase, woke up this morning and walked out the front door scooby up front and hers behind and found that some dirty rat bag b***ards had smashed the small quarter window of the pug, and opened the car up, now it bein im getting the alarm on friday its sh*t luck, but lad's this car i got for a few hundred euro, and they broke in to find that there was absolutely nothing worth takin. No sign of any effort to steal the car, they embarked on just mindless ransacking of it. Theres a fairly decent radio in it but again no effort of taking, all that was taking was 40 cent lying on the dash!! Then the boot was opened and i had spare rear lights in a box, but no they werent' touched. But needless to say i have to get the window repaired from my own pocket, and its gonna be tough to see her enjoy her first car without the taught of whoever dirty dying sumbag was going through her car. Sorry about the rant lad's but that new law better cover running over the dirt bag on your drive way.

but i know how hard that can be, think theres some pugs breaking on gumtree if i find antin il let ye know.

i know the feeling all to well alan,
its hard to have anything these days without it been touched.
hope you get it sorted and alarmed this week.
it may just turn them of it next time if they try.

yeah, the new law is that once someone is on your property you can use as much force as you deem reasonable to protect yourself and your property. so as long as your smart enough not to do it while they are running away you can do anything you want. :icon_twisted:
 
bad luck Alan hope you get it sorted soon mate. There's no law in this country to deal with this sort of thing even if they were caught red handed by the cops, I think its time for local vigilante groups to be set up to deal with this type of scum :icon_evil: :angry1:

This happened to a friend of mine in Charlestown shopping centre last Saturday, small quarter window also. Scum.

sorry to hear it Alan, but at least its just a window and not the whole car to replace. still a bad feeling I know. My car was robed 1.5 year ago and if I knew who it was I would :new_2gunsfiring_v1: that ba*tard

Cheers lads, it's good it wasn't taken but just in principal, cheers colm got it sorted me mate fits windows, insurance does cover it but again it just comes down to having to call for something that wasn't your own doing!! Thats just the kind of manky ba**ards walking the streets nowadays, suppose we can complain all we like but it will never be heard, ah well a little self imposed justice will i know in no way deter these rats, but it will f***ing scar them. :new_2gunsfiring_v1:
