When I moved to Ireland the country was full of them lol... especially also the green An Post versions!
Farmers loved them as they were like a mountain goat - could go into the fields with them and never worry about getting stuck.
Cheap on the aul juice too.

Remember my dad having one for going to work in and after hurricane Charlie he took the back seats and drove it across the farmland in front of our house down to where the trees that were taken by the flood had washed up and cut them in to blocks and loaded the car up as full as he could and fly back across the fields ,done it for weeks and weeks and car went on and on ,

Used to see a white ex p&t van in the crumlin / mount argus area regurally up to about 4 or 5 years ago

The scene from police academy springs to mind when Hightower is learning to drive a tiny Honda car and rips out the front seat to drive it from backbeat????

There you go

Just thinking that nothing shows the age like reminiscent about the old times and cars that were common back in the days :54:
And this threat is a prime example....

Few cars I remember been common as muck and nearly all gone now , mk1 and mk2 fiat punto, mk1 ford focus , opel Corsa b, opel Astra, Peugeot 106 , 206, 306 and 406 , these were very common around my area as we had ford opel Peugeot and fiat main dealers very close by but they are a rare sight now , not that I'm complaining ,

Pitty about all the cracking 90s jap cars mostly gone like the teg dc2 ,and gto tt,supras, and nissan fairlady, and re amemyia rx 7 ,and gtr 31/32 /could keep shooting out names ,but insurance companies just made it almost impossible to afford and the nct emissions fail was the reason I let a few go just couldn't pass no matter what money I threw at them, most went to the UK I reckon
