Ordered a replacement headlight for the bugeye recently from C&R. Very good parts service - would recommend to all.

I ordered plug leads for my 2.0 sport impreza last year. Gave the chasis number. Was told the parts were in. Went to collect. kept waiting for nearly an hour and a half to find out the wrong parts were ordered. Found the atitude of the lad in parts very bad. Havent been back since. Maybe the service has improved since then?

In fairness Ive had major issues with C+R in the past aswell like others and posted 1 of them on here BUT they say they have a new parts manager etc so give them a chance, If they have changed there staff they must have been aware or became aware of the issues to do so. Good to see them support the club.

bought my current 2.0 der in january, decent sales and service team , also bought 1.6 ts der in 05 ,
new service manager is major imprvement ,

WOULD recomend the lads any time !

I spent 500 there a few weeks back and didn't know either.
John in parts is great tho. He has gotten in parts for me that the last bloke said could not be gotten at all!!
I'd go back any time. :thumbsup:
 
big thumbs up to the lads for sourcing and getting a set of wiper arms for me, very good price too, will defo be going back in future, cheers. :thumbsup:
 
Asked them to get me a speed sensor and a loom to go with it said they could not find the part number and they would
ring me back and never did, so i went up a few days later, seen the part on the computer asked them to order it still waiting for call :dunno:
ended up getting it in the uk. dont mind if they dont have the part but could you please ring to say so :wall:

Ordered the plastic clip that releases the petrol cap from them, ordered on Wednesday, they told me should have it in by Thursday. Not only did they have it in, but returned a call to me telling me part was ready. Excellent service, especially considering the part only cost 7euro. :thumbsup:
 
Have to say I bought my MY03 STI of the lads and it was a great car! The few problems I did have with it, Rear stut Mount went and they replaced all the shocks! The brother hit the back of it- the lads sorted it in a few days! I'd leave it in for a service and get it back spotless!
Now I have the type RA and if I have any issues the Lads in C&R sort it no problem! The MAF sencor went a few weeks ago they had one in stock the hocked it up to there computer to see if there where anymore problem there and then reset it and sent me on my way as happy as Larry! They only charged me for the sencor! and I beleave that their very reasonabley priced to!

Have to agree Eric,got myself some original japo wind deflectors,told 3 days and rang on the 3rd day :thumbsup:
