Thats very odd Jim, as I posted previously in this thread, I ordered the same part, was available to collect the next day.
They obviously order these quite frequently as they knew exactly what I was looking for when I started trying (very poorly) to explain what I was looking for.
 
bought me first scooby (1.6 TS) from carroll and roche just over 6 weeks ago, wouldnt have a bad word to say about them lads, great sales, service and aftercare, wouldnt buy a scoob anywhere else. I know where ill be ordering parts from in the future!!!!!!

I rang about a rear strut mount for my car yesterday. They rang back a few minutes later saying they'll have it monday. They haven't yet let me down with parts and they're always very competitive with their prices. Don't forget the 10% discount to.

As for the WR1 narked that is still owned by a club member so their not realy looking for trade against it.

I was chating to them two weeks ago about it.

You'd do better getting in touch with Ken himself when yours sells.

C&R rang me yesterday to let me know that the Rear Strut Mount is in. They've always got back to me. I think the lads do a great job and their service is second to none as Subaru dealers go.
 
I'll take back what I said in an earlier post. I was in there a few weeks ago. Found the lad on the desk very helpful and friendly. Not a thing like the oriental lad I was dealing with the 1st time. I'll definitely be going back to them
 
Good man kbox. Those Oriental lads only clean the cars and move them if needs be. The two parts lads are Irish lads. They must have been out to lunch the day you where there. :lol:
 
i always had great service of c+r had two wrx s of them any snags were sorted ,had a fuse that kept going
the day i was driving to england they rang me over there to see if i was ok top stuff
have the sti now from a diff place and they still looking after me with stuff

I have to say I have bought my last two cars off other sources, infact the old car I bought of the lads was the MY03 STi but that was only down to them no having the type car I was looking for at the time. I'd have no hesitation buying off them in the future. Top lads.
 
As above lads i get my first scooby off them and where a pleasure to deal with. :subaru:

I never had a problem and are always willing to help out whenever and however they can :thumbsup:

Reciently got a STI off another garage and gave it straight out to C&R for a service and was also told that if i had any warrenty issues to pick up the phone and get in touch :icon_pray:

Also i always seem to get my car back cleaner than when it goes in :smokin:
 
They have a policey of whashing all cars that they do work on. The what the little people from far away are for.
