alrite boys and girls this subaru came from a lad in trim co. meath.he said the engine was re-built at 80,000 and there is now 125,0000 but he had no reciepts to prove it.does ne1 no dis car???or nethin about dis car??? or who done da engine??if it was done!the car is flyin but it would be great if anybody could giv sum history about it :thumbsup:

know the car well , a friend of mine bought it when it was black back in 2006 or so ,

the lad who owne that car in Trim was telling me the engine was rebuilt by sti tuning
 
he didnt tell me who by but he said it got rebuild bt lost the reciepts...must get on to dem 2moro...nice one :thumbsup:

This seems to be happening a lot lately hearing this on for sale ads. :angry1:

If anyone buying a car and we are down as doing anything incl mapping etc you are welcome to check with us first... :subaru:

how long ago was that Tom, Know a previous owner and he never had it rebuilt
 
ye dave was talkin 2 u abot dis when i went up 2 get p1 splitter of u bt ye taut u new notin bot it coz u wud of said sumthin when i showed u the pic of it...

ye kbox dats the lad gunner sti ! hes the one dat told me the engine was rebuilt when it was bought of him bt had notin to show 4 it!!!


as yous can see der alot of stories and lads talkin shite bot it as it shows!!! just want to get to the bottom of dis.....if anyone has anythin more to tell let me no....nice one :thumbsup:
 
its a bad act to say an engine was rebuilt if it wasn't. the lad that told me it was rebuilt seemed genuine enough but hopefully you will be able to find out for definite if the engine was rebuilt
 
Like Tommy i know the chap that use to own it,
and according too him it was rebuilt but it was done before he bough it,
i'll see if i can find out anymore info for you.
 
Heard from the previous owner that extreme performance worked on it , thats all he knew about its past
