Does this sound like power steering or alternator related ? Noise...

Out of no where this sound has started, it changes with the revs.. only thing I did was change the battery, and dont think the noise was their before.. or just not as loud. Sounds like a bearing or something on the way out ?

 
Get a long screwdriver hold the blunt end to your ear and start touching parts with the other end you will find out what is making the noise very quickly
