Nearly impossible to know what you're buying these days.
The brother told me about a car someone bought from a SIMI dealer in Cork and he thought it was grand but just did a background check afterwards and found out that the car when imported from the UK had about 40k more miles on it than it has now as it stands on his driveway. He hadnt bothered doing the check before he bought it as he assumed that because it was from a SIMI dealer it was already checked.
