Im taking the Legacy over to the UK for 1 week (will be around East Midlands and London) and was wondering is there anything I should know about driving over there?

For example, do I need to do anything to the car to stay on the right side of the law etc etc?

thanks

There alot quicker to get movin on round abouts and traffic lights than here , other than that there the same really ,

Watch out for police helicopters , apparently they dont really like irish scoobys :1poke: ask the lads who went to sso 07

I'll stick a tri-colour on the roof in that case

shell is what the lads were lookin for headin to japfest earlier in the year , higher octane compared to here , if your sailin from rosslare to pembroke dock mind the loading ramps , very steep in pembroke side , my car didn't like em 2 much!

depends on your mapping i'd say. Tesco 99 is probably a safe bet.also few bottles of octane boost in your boot would be wise if you cant find the good petrol

Just watch the speed! If u have a satnav update it b4 u go!!!!!!
They tell u locations of speed cameras...

do a bit of coach drivin over there myself and you will notice a big difference in the way people drive over there,
they actually know the rules of the road and have alot more curtesy,
and if you do run into the police you will find there alot more professional then the one's over here, IMO
the roads are secound to none,

oh and they even know how to use overtakin lane's correctly,
1 more thing if your car is lowered might be a good idea to remove front splitter for ferry as there can be a bit of a steep ramp gettin on and off, jst in case.

Thanks lads, no surprises then.

Car is mapped for E5 so I will look for the V-Power stuff.

I also have sat-nav

Car is not lowered however I will have luggage and the Blitz Nur Spec does hang quite low so that is my only concern.

correct gretts !!!
the sign posts are accurate also

tunnel runs etc etc etc :icon_redface: :icon_headbang:

Sat nav works better over there with the post codes system, if you have one for where you're going. Then save where you're staying and you'lkl never get lost. As above, i find driving over there far more civilised than here
