Dump Valve Pipe

What year is it and is it too mount of front mount intercooler
 
Its 1997. Ye it comes from top mount.. Pipe is too short cause when i close the bonnet it hits the dump valve.
 
It's the wrong valve then .
Just measure the diameter and get a piece of silicone to bring it further towards the strut tower on the passenger side
