have to agree with ken on this one dan, it'd be a whole different thread if god forbid a wrongly insured car were to run up your hole. You should think about this before defending it.
Sorry Brian, i edited my post as i wasnt wanting to get into an argument over it but for Dans benefit what i had said in a nut shell is, that its all well and good coming on and saying we are Rude Dan, but would you think it rude if your Forrester was smashed into by this 1.6 insured colt or similar? and thats not to mention you or your family be hurt or worse by a slapped together home made colt, ffs the intercooler is hanging out of it,
the one that i witnessed being made the bonnet couldnt be closed right cause of the highter 2ltr block, a lump had to be bet up in bonnet for it to close, then consider the colts steering rack, brake lines, fuel lines, suspension, and shell strenght which was built for a factory issue max of 160bhp, not exactly a car id like to meet on a hot one with my family in car.
And with regards to his add on donedeal, anyone who says it smokes scoobys and then comes onto a scooby forum to sell it... well a bit of cutting and challenging to be expected i think.
