ECU Tweaking?

:wtf: I give up... what the hell does that mean? is that good or bad?

Edit: in my owners manual there are only mentioned SOHC and DOHC...:( no QOHC...

because it has 2 banks of cylinders and has twin cams on each set its actually a quad cam .

its a learning curve on these cars

Well, I am the kind of person, who likes to know what hes driving/using(I know exact PC spec of my own build PC and I knew everything about my corsa, so now I wanna know most about my Soobie:))

I just hope I am not too annoying... so if I want to do anything with the owners manual, such as changing spark plugs, I should follow the lines that says DOHC?

So EJ204 isnt anything weird in Ireland? So far what I have found its made in Japan, VIN says JF1,

Not even mentioning what wiki says, that car should not even exist:( never trust Wiki

standard bumper on it front with Splitter , that one was a genuine subaru item @500+ quid a piece , can get a different one from 100 sterling from ht autos in the uk , rear spoiler is is wrx type item , back bumper is standard ( same as wrx though) bonnet and scoop are genuine sti aluminium type as the standard bonnet will not support a scoop if cut out ,

Is there any engine modification required if I wanted the STI Bonnet with scoop?

It sits over the intercooler
If you don't have an intercooler it's just a hole
It will help with cooling but I don't think your gonna have to worry about heat

:plusone: Cost of it will out weigh ANY gains

So, order sti bonnet and close the hole so I don't get water on my engine...

Thanks Tommy, do you know where I can take my car for Diagnostics? I mean, I bought it recently, but as you can see, my knowledge is very limited, I would like to be 100% sure the car is in best condition. Of course I would like someone independend, not some subaru service that will charge me crazy money and tell me all is ok:)
