engine light

while driving the engine lights sometimes flashes on, is this something to worrie about

Could indicate a fault somewhere, possibly a faulty sensor.
Could be any number of things so best get a diagnostic check done on it to be safe.
Do you notice and drop in performance or hesitation when the light comes on?

never given trouble once lately seemed like small miss only for few seconds never happened since, so not sure

Something similar happened to me and it turned out to be the knock sensor. You should get it diagnosed or do it yourself by connecting the connectors under the steering wheel

as above happened in mine a few years back turned to be knock sensor
