exhaust gasket

hi all,

just swoped my exhaust with b4 soon nd managed to snap the gasket putting it back on and now its blowing :icon_hang:

any body have 1/know where i can get one?

hi dave,iam not too sure of the size,the original one was a hks high power if thats any help :dontknow:i think it wud be the standard leggy size for b4's

i swopped for a blitz nd same size gasket for both
 
ohh sorry,where the middle pipe that connects to the back of the backbox at the rear diff :icon_redface:

Buy one of ebay for a couple of euro thats what I did.

If your stuck for using your car in the mean time and cant sort one out go to your
local motor factors and buy some exhaust gasket paste.

Take the broken gasket off and put the paste around were the gasket would be leaving
no gaps. Leave it set for half hour and away you go.

When you get the exhaust gasket then in the future just scrap off gasket paste and replace. :thumbsup:
 
If the pipe narrows where the centre meets the backbox, which I think the nurse spec does, then you need a 2 inch gasket. If it doesn't then you need a 2.5 inch basket. Buy some exhaust gasket paste in your motor factors for e6 and put that on to do you until you get the gasket
 
When all over dublin sat and no luck with the gasket :icon_sad: CDA should have one so hopefully getting sorted out at the weekend :thumbsup:

Did an aul DIY job for now and I mist say there is such a great noise out of the new exhaust :subaru:
 
got a 2.5 inch gasket on tues so gonna fit it sat,hope it fits :pray:my diy job cant last too much longer!!
