Got mine done in optilase bout 2 years ago. The journey back to galway afterwards was puer torture....PAIN

Got home and straight to bed for a couple of hours, no more pain.

Well worth the money

After a couple of hours sleep I could see perfect, a bit blurry at times.

I'd say 2 days max and its completely fine. Just use plenty of the drops you get.

You'll get 3 different types, one type can be used as much as you want, the other 2 are to be used 3 times a day or so and keep em in the fridge!!

Where ya gettin it done??

best of luck lad , serious money excuse my ignorence but is the surgery permanent ie: once off . And how bad does your eyesight need to be to have it done . Watched the video above looks painful
Any side effects or can ya end up 8) with a white stick if something goes wrong ???

i had it done a just over a year ago, no pain at all..?? :dunno:

it depends on the make up of yur eye as far as i know, you get a load of scans and test done to make sure you are 100 percent suitable for the op. they can even give you a rough idea of how much sight you'll get back..? i had pretty bad eye sight before i had it down and now i have 20/20 vision. its fecki amazing and defo the best money i ever spent, apart from buying my leggy of course..!! takes less than ten minutes to do, you go straight home with eye patches on, sleep for a few hours, leve the tv and computers alone for a few days, take yur drops exactly as prescribes and thats it..!! i had 6 after care vists all included in the price, the last one being exactly one year from time it was done to make sure everything is ok, the procedure guarantees you a good 20/25 years of perfect vision..!!

had tests and aftercare procedures done in the Fitzwilliam eye clinic, with the operation itself done in blackrock. cost me 4200e but claimed back 1600e. not bad if you consider all the money you spend on glasses, prescription sunglasses, eye test and feckin contact lenses..!! you save a fortune over all.!!

i'd highly recommend anyone thinkin of getting it done..??? go for it, you'll never look back, pardon the pun..!!
