ez36 conversion

The EJ25 block it self is so light, I can very easily and the EZ36 (I'd imagin) is only 50% heavier, which isn't alot! :thumbsup:

Here is a thought,
If the lengths of the con rors in the different EJ engines are a bit shorter than the rods in the EZ engine, then you may be able to use them as an easy to get way of fitting stronger rods and being shorter they would lower your compression ratio hence making her accept boost!
That is a carpenters way of thinking anyway!

There's one of these conversions on YouTube. Normally aspirated - sounds like a Porsche! Can't find the link though.. :(
 
quick post have the engine in and running very tight fit have v28 turbo running 0.8 bar its located now at the down pipie mendral bend downpipe might resrict a bit but no other option low compression pistons metal head gaskets oil cooler uprated titanum valve springs and retainers good bit more wiring to do for the dash ecu and should be up and running end of march post pictures as soon as
 
What turbo are you going to use??
Surely something big to suit the engine, GT35r perhaps??
