after the whole siapan thing , i would have thought the fai would have copped on a lil . i can only imagine if roy (keano)was watchin , how the whole "forgetting to bring the balls" memories came flooding back , because after work the other day i rushed home to catch the end of the ireland match only to be greeted with pictures of the 'mighty' richard dunne having a number DRAWN onto a jersey . now i didnt see the incident but imo talk about a joke and draggin the game to a schoolboy level ,as in no spare jersey in a qualifer for a major competition

Totally agree.

What a farce that was and it would have been seen by millions around the world. FAI really need to get some basic housekeeping skills nailed down.
 
with the whole world laughing at our banking mess, nama and Enda fookin Kenny etc this really is only a small thing .
 
@ tommy, football is way more important than politics , well in my world anyway !
 
This has been discussed since. The laws of football don't require the torn jersey to be replaced with a numbered jersey. The ref was wrong for not letting Dunne back on in his unnumbered jersey
 
i reckon trap should go......

i used to go to the ireland matches in dublin and im glad to say i havent went to a match since trapatoni was in charge

never liked him and its getting worse as the years go by and he still there......

the football ireland are playing at the moment is shocking...
