Much prefer the Prodrive over the Blitz myself aswell! The look suits it better aswell IMO but it's all personal taste in the end!
 
thats it indeed, each to there own. Prodrive is nice too cos in low revs its low noise but sounds nice, but when you get over 4k the noise kicks in :)

I would have said Blitz at one stage, but now I think I prefer the prodrive must be getting old!! :roll:
 
ye are all gettin old lads :1poke:i would defo pick the blitz all day long only thing i would different is leave the bung in and ya get a lovely raspy noise off it :thumbsup:

I'll admit I would like a blitz the odd time/weekend car. But day to day, the prodrive would win it for me.
 
Would pick a prodrive as iv had a nur spec r for daily driving and was terrible, if it was a weekend car then probably the blitz

think i prefer the blitz as imo it unleashes the rally bred sound off the impreza , have a loud exhaust myself and at times i wish for something similar to the prodrive setup (more neighbour friendly) , but as before when i changed to a different exhaust , i missed the tone and rumble so ended up going back (kakimoto) . my mate has similar car and he has one aof the sweetest sounding newage exhaust notes going imo (reminds me of the classic burble hard to find on newage ) . all i know is he has a hks ( :ponder2: im nearly sure) back box with a sml tube or silencer coming off the fat part of the tailpipe . ive yet to hear a nicer sounding newage . although springing to mind in second place , when we were at karting last year and then on to froggys , i remember hearing "wagon dec " in his bug wagon proceed from a junction and that note is another one stuck in the memory banks .


oh to have the classic burble in a newage , makes me want a classic purely based on noise ! but i love my bug !

I think Hayward & Scott is ideally between them, and that would be my choice anytime. :thumbsup:
