Just watched it there..michael caine plays his role very well, plenty of violence and good storyline I thought...couldnt help thinking that it reminded me of gran torino though...still worth a watch.

Saw Sherlock Holmes, absolutely brilliant. Fantastic script and a great storyline. All is revealed in the end :icon_biggrin:

Just watched "the road"..being a fan of the book wasn't expecting much but I was surprised it's class.

cant wait to see the road ,
ive heard you come out it feeling utterly dejected form the bleakness of it all ,
so im gonna arrange a nice spin home from the cinema ,via the bendy roads to cheer me up

either that or let the g/f drive me home while i down a bottle of wine

AVATAR absolutely brilliant, 3hrs long felt like 1hr, ye gotta go see it

I cannot disagree more. My God I was totally bored with this movie. Predictable, poor story line...glorified drawn out cartoon.

The Road is the most suicidal depressing movie i have seen in years.

Up in the air: George Clooney being smug for 2 hours yawn!

The lovely bones: weird movie line that keeps you interested and curious to the end.

Got that DVD a couple of weeks ago. Great film.

Went to see Invictus last night.

Great film & Morgan Freeman was outstanding as Mandela.

But Matt Damon was just wrong as Francois Pienaar, way too small to accurately portray him
