And also owned the nicest looking version 6 wrc ltd I've ever seen (well from the pictures anyway). I was really tempted to buy that at one point

Well Brian yes both of those STI s were mine been tho i always favoured gold alloys :subaru: they have been sprayed black since i had it.

I sold the Ver 6 in April 08 almost 4 years ago.

I was looking at buying your V6 V-limited last year when it had the engine blown but there was so much filler in the lower quarter panel that a paint gauge couldn't even read metal :hammerhead: .. Rest of the car was immaculate, just a shame the way it ended up :new_puppy_dog_eyes:

Its very hard to find a good classic Impreza at the right money ...it took me months to get mine.
Is it possible to join the club at a meet... And how much is it?

She has no skirts... does have electric windows,mirrors aircon and windows are not tinted as standard the first 100 apparently had 300 bhp the rest 280bhp.

Horsepower 280PS/6500rpm torque 36.0kg-m/4000rpm (WRX STi version).

1998.01 : The Impreza WRX STi 4 V-limited & type R V-limited .

The Impreza WRX Type-RA STi 4 V-limited package includes auto air conditioning, power window, powered door locks, electric door mirrors, a faster steering rack and front helical LSD. The Impreza WRX Type-R V-limited package includes STi engine that is the same as the Type-R STi, ABS, fog lamps, auto air conditioning, power windows, central locking, electric door mirrors, but no intercooler water splay.

Funny you ask she is completely standard apart from exhaust and factory fitted gauges and boost guage on dash.

I bought a down pipe for exhaust just need to remove cat and fit and I've fitted black mudflaps. Id also like to get a good induction kit...that would do for a bit;)
