im a big bertie fisher fan . I have the model car that bertie drove on the 99 circuit of ireland rally R 555 fel .
I also have the model of the 2 door impreza that mark drove in the 99 rac rally .

you a model collector lad? i have the same silver model, and the blue subaru, the manta, and two escorts in 1/43 and i have the escort in 1/18 all berties ah he was some pilot and had met him on many days and the one i will most remember was the sad day of the crash i met him and his family in a pud called dannaghers in cong co.mayo 10 min walk from ashford castle where he landed the helicopter and went for lunch, little did we know what was ahead of them that eve,

i have a few models alright lad but wouldnt be a big collector or anything .
Orchard motorsport ring me whenever they get an irish drivers car in to see if i would be interested in it . they are sound lads and its always well detailed models .
I have solbergs 06 wrc model and atkinsons hawkeye wrc. I also have colins red escort and afew other ones.
They r nice to have but the wife doesnt like cleaning them . so they r back in there boxes now so she only has to dust the top of the boxes . :icon_grin:
 
Brillant tribute to brillant drivers,rallying never the same since they gone.
Met Bertie at many rallies and wud always have time for a chat, pure legend.

its nice to have the two model cars and the picture to remember both bertie and mark.
