Anybody ever bought one and put them on the impreza/leggy?

always handy to carry an extinguisher with one of these , and DONT carry a spare can of petrol in the boot like this clown

probably make shite of yoru cat too with all the unburnt fuel coming through it

have one on mine wont work unless ye have a full de-cat system had it on standard exhaust first wouldn't work,

basically it's a spark plug in the end of your exhaust wen unburnt fuel builds up, up she goes usually on gear change when ders enough unburnt fuel or wen coming off the power on a spirited drive.

Yea I asked him but the falmer kit was already built into the exhaust

surely all ya need is a spark plug wired up to a switch on the dash?
Cant be that much to makin your own surely?

Well there is no way I am trying to do a DIY job..would push the button and my leggy would turn into a micra or something :lol: :lol: :lol:

Ya a spark plug and induction coil and a switch should do the job for ya. I disagree completely with the flamer kits that switch off your plugs on the engine to allow more unburnt fuel Down the exhaust.

I cant PM as not a full member! Does anybody know if this is actually bad for the car or is it just for show? Always wanted a few flames out the back but if its no good for the engine iam not doing it

Cant imagine its bad for the engine as its i think only a spark plug at the tip of the exhaust,
but it would be bad for the car if it went up like flaming jay's yoke :lol: only kidding,
but it does make a mess of the bumper afaik

Yea I know what you mean. You could blacken the whole back of it and that would not look good with a silver leggy

Think I might just wait to get the primary down pipe and tweak map and then should get flames...it back fires nicely as it is but flames are always fun :lol: :lol: :lol:
