Thanks Aaron..

It needs a remap but wont go for it yet as im thinking a gettin other mods that will need a remap, dont really want to remap her twice, so once ill finish deffo get it sorted... :lolpoint:

looks well , espically the red pipework :icon_headbang: BUT i dont trust the ebay ones :icon_redface:. did u upgrade the jubliee clips / joiners as ive heard these are the weakpoint ? :dontknow:

re mapping , i wouldnt be driving hard or on boost much for fear of "the big bang" not that i know fcuk all . but best to get it done asap imo :naughty:

ps , gap in bumper where fmic is , would you not be better cutting out the plastic piece that you have sprayed blue as to let more air in that area ,, jus a thought :ponder:

bugs rule :subaru:

good point ther mac, looked for a while andd took me some research about the company before bought the FMIC, beside there's few co. that buy items from there, so quite happy.

as per jubliee clips / joiners wont kno till time comes... :icon_lol:

ill call nick see if he's avail... :icon_lol:

That is savage, fair play, alot of stripping involved.

not easy to strip her, the crash bar is one heavy b**ch, did not expect that  as if my car got liposuction...

looks REALLY nice man!! really like the red pipe work!!

i wouldnt worry too much about not mapping it yet! you just wont have the performance gains yet, may even have negative affects, with more lag and lower boost, but noting dangerous!

really great pics love the bay!!

slight side note, how are you finding the HKS filter? broken any MAF's yet?

Very nice DIY'er!

BTW I don't think you'd have to have her remapped twice if you wait to get another mod. It'd be an initial remap then just a cheap tweak map when the 2nd mod goes on wouldn't it?

Cheera Lads, for the comments....
Paint is DIY, heat resistant up to 800C used on engines bay, @ €7 a can... :icon_lol:

as per remap was thinking to have the lot done and then get her mapped.

@ goosie208: how are you finding the HKS filter's grand but i need to bring it out, too much heat coming outta turbo so be looking for a longer pipe and no broken MAF's as yet, heard that's a beach... :1poke:

cheers chris.... i badly need a remap tho, car's runnin rich on petrol as if i had a hole in the tank...

im thinking about putting a fmic, decat, induction kit on our 01 bug sti jdm and getting mapped by coutoure well thats the plan but we might decide to keep ours completely standard as they are really rare like that. lets us know if theres much improvement when shes mapped man
