what fmic would you recommend and is there much work in fitting them?i have fitted some on glanzas etc before but is there more to it on a ver 5 impreza?and any links to what you'd recommend?

Top mount is more than capable of handling power. FMIC is only needed if going or big power gains.

I know the Autobahn FMIC is cheap and does the job but I have heard they are a $%^& to fit.
 
I have the autobahn88 one. Works good. Hard enough to fit and a bit of chopping and stuff is required. Fit two of them. The Silicone reducer pipe from throttle body has a hole in it on mine somehow. Could have been the pressure. Gonna replace it with samco.
 
i was looking at the autobahn front mount also ...........doesnt seem to be many bad replys about these?
 
i hav a vortex on mine it was 600 but it was a b*****d to fit you havto cut one of the pipes and cut and bend one of the coolant pipes to avoid it

it brought my lag down about 500rpm and i havnt it mapped yet

actually any1 out dere mapping standard ecu's
