Forester Turbo, Any common problems??

My mate is going to look at a Forester tomorrow. Its an 01 2 litre turbo. Just wondering is there any common problems or faults with these that he should look out for??

The are alcoholics, petrol type alcoholics. Same mpg as an Impreza, easily modified as most parts are straight swap. Only probelm I had with mine was rear passenger wheel bearing, 2 in 5 years.
