2009 MEMBERSHIP CAN NOW BE PAID THROUGH PAYPAL.

As with every year, 2008 membership is valid until the 2009 AGM, (date to be confirmed, probably mid to late Feb), but we will begin accepting payment for ’09 online now to avoid the long queues that we have seen at previous AGM’s.

As per usual, those who joined late in 2008 are automatically on the 2009 membership list. If you paid in late 2008 please check the list of names below. If your name is there you do not need to pay for 2009!

For everyone else please click on the link here to be brought to the club shop and pay through Paypal. Please post in this thread when you have paid so we can trace all payments correctly.

The Incentive!!
There will be regular raffles in 2009 which will give paid members the chance to win back their membership fee. The first of these raffles will take place on the 1st of February and all members who have paid/renewed at that point will be eligible. First prize will be €50 hard cash :icon_grin: with 2 runner-up prizes also.

Collecting money at the AGM is not ideal (although we always will) so it would be easier for everyone if we can get more people to paypal the money :thumbsup:

Yes please. Im a memmber now and il be a memmber in 2009. Just i dont have a credit card so il be paying at the AGM like i did last year the same with alot of other people. So does this mean we wont be entered even though we are payed up memmbers?

Yes, that's it exactly. We're offering it as an incentive to people to pay by paypal before the AGM so as to save time and long queues on the day!
