front knocking noise

Hey Guys, the front of my 1.6 subaru has started to knock/ rattle on the uneven roads alot i thought it was the drop links so got new ones and still was knocking/rattle then i was told by the a mechanic it was the top mounts and shocks so i bought brand new kyb shocks and top mounts, can anyone give me advice or there opinion as this knocking/ rattle is really annoying i would be very much obliged .

Have a look at the steering rack mounts-been known to cause a knocking noise

Anti-roll bar bushings.... can cause a knocking also...

bushings, ball joint. is it worse when turning slowly or over small bumps?

the noise is bad with both turning slowly and over speed ramps etc>>>>

Lower ball joint i'd bet, Had the exact same problem in my type-r before.

they only cheap, get them in any motorfactors about €20

also could be worth checking the gaurd behind the break disks that its not loose or stone stuck in it rattling around in there.
