Front strut brace 99 b4 leggy

Will gc8 scoobies strut brace fit the leggys? I know the 01 and up dont cuz i went ta get one and didnt fit :angry1:
 
I was told before that the intercooler gets in the way when you go to fit one. And then on some of them the part the bolts either side, sits too high and hits the bonnet. Someone might be able to give you a definate answer though that might have fitted one. I've not tried myself yet.
 
my mate has a leggy with a whiteline strut brace on it and it goes around the front of the intercooler not the back like an impreza so must be leggy only man
 
Classic brace will not fit, the bolt holes for the strut tower are at a different orientation to the leggy and the classic brace may also be too short as well...

I'm not a fan of those whiteline ones that come around the front of the intercooler, just doesn't look right imo... plenty of others out there like cusco etc that make them to fit.. have a browse through nengun and japanparts and you'll see them :thumbsup:
 
Yea I found on on nengun which was lovely, nice cucso one..mite be on my bday list :icon_grin:
