I'm sorry this has happened but I wouldn't bother your insurance company with this. They will absolutely ride you come renewal time. Pay for repairs yourself.

BUT really sorry for your car, that is jst messed up mate, had same crap with my Supra, was gutted, hope you get yourself sorted.

As per insurance its attempted theft, most insurances would cover you for that without affecting your NCB but you will have to check you Product Suitability.
