Fuckin car won't start

Thats karma for the fancy business class flight & lounges on the way home

Only joking Dave, sorry to hear you're stranded. Assume flat battery? The car parking companies have people with those mobile jump starter packs so might be easy to get going again?

In my experience of these Subarus - they appear to throw an awful strop if they are left alone for a while - they take a while to forgive you for leaving them :icon_lol:

:multijump: Simple reason for this , 3 weeks parked up + Alarm on = Flat battery

No brainer really, no reason to start a thread

Sorry Dave at least it was sorted easily

Surely Subaru/Clifford alarms couldn't use that much power - tiny trickle amounts when battery has large reserves. Is this normal behaviour? How come others cars don't die like this when left for a short amount of time!?!?? :dontknow:

To be fair 3 weeks is not a short space of time with no charge . Glad your sorted dave

Your spot on Geogan ...................most standard cars would have no issues after a month .
Scoobies don't .................as to why this is; i don't know but it's not just the alarm , i had 3 scoobies , 3 differen't
alarms and always dead battery after 2 weeks maybe 3 :dontknow: :dontknow:

Maybe it's a wiring thing , earthing somewhere , drawing from battery .......... that's a complete guess :ponder2:

NIall.

Just back from over 2 weeks away, Clifford on, proximity alarm going off in heavy rain while I was away I'm told!!! Car started first time like I never left!! Even my transit did the same!! No Clifford on that though!!!

Mine will go 5 weeks and start no bother!
Saying that tho, I've got a big battery squeezed into mine
