Gaskets in cork city?

Heard there was a couple of company's that make gaskets to your specification in cork? looking to get a gasket made for an aftermarket blow-off valve bracket that i had made up.

anyone know of anywhere that does metal gaskets to order.... or know of any other way of sealing around the new gasket would a paper gasket be as effective?

for a dump valve a decent paper gasket should be fine.

obviously depends on your flange and flatness etc etc

would this be a bit of hassle to clean up if i ever took the bracket off the intercooler?
