im having an issue with my car im drag racing and in 3 events ive broke rear shafts i was using the auto diff setting at first and breaking shafts i was advise to lock up d diff and im still breaking them with it locked?any help welcome

ive had drive shaft problems breaking with rallycars . is it only when you leave the line ?? i wired a botton on the steering wheel of a rally car so it would fully lock the diff while leaving the line ..
