I gave up Fags on he 14th of July last year and Bread, Chips, Mash, Chocolate, Chrisps and a whole lot more in the first week in January and sitting on my arse is gone to. I'm now a GYM bum 5 days a week work allowing and have lost 3 stone since my failed fitness test in December. I passed the one in Janurary with fying colours. So I've nothing to give up either.
