as i had the day off decided to put some new grease in both rear shocks as they were knocking a bit but only noticeable when driveing slowly. took about 5 hours from about start to finish had a little trouble with one as the nut at the bottom of the shock kept turning with the shaft even though i compressed the shock fully in the end i had to cut a small grouve at the top of the thread so i could insert a flat screwdriver to stop the shock from turning every else went fine took it for a spin no bangs or rattles. hopefully wont have to be done for a long time again. easy enough job to try youreself once you have spring clamps ,sockets and allen keys.
