GTB Legacy Price.

Sunday Drivers
Lads I know a guy thats thinking of selling a GTB Legacy. Year 1999, manual with 62,000 miles. I am going to look at the car just for curiosity as I'm interested in all things Subaru. It is apparently highly spec'd with all documentation from import and he is the first owner. Car kept in a heated garage and done 7,000 miles in the last 3 years. Really mature owner so I doubt the cars been thrashed. What sort of money are they making in this condition? How saleable are they in the current market? I think they are class myself but I think there is a small market of buyers for these. Any opinions? Cheers. :subaru:

I love the Gtb so much but its a small market for the gtb in ireland but if its as mint as you say and its manual it would be well worth a look.
Price wise its so hard to tell i have a 99 but its the older bg5 model and when i tried to sell it i wasnt even getin half the price i wanted and it was cheapest one on the net not a mint car by any means but goes like a train all day long.its been parked up now since xmas.
I wouldnt buy one as an investment as i dont think you would ever see your money back.
Best of luck if you go for it.

Cheers for that, I have no intention of buying the car but when I see it all that could go out the window. I think that this guy is gonna have an over priced car in his garage, like most people. At the end of the day, now in this climate, the market dictates the price.
