do you refer to you car as he or she when you are talking about it

But anyway, I've always called cars "she", though the only one of mine to get named was my old Alfa Romeo GT Junior - when my girlfriend (an artist who wasn't really into cars) started to call her "Gina" after the very glamorous (and decidedly female) Italian actress Gina Lollobrigida. But I don't suppose any of you would remember her?
